If you want to run the NVD-App on any windows device just type the following commands in a cmd:

'curl -O nvd.app/nvdapp.bat' - download NVD-App Starter
'nvdapp.bat' - run NVD-App Starter from download dir

For a permanent installation:

1. run NVD-App and obtain admin rights with 'admin'
2. ground it into the system with 'ground'
